MCF Oxfordshire 2022 Festival News
Overall, our total is now only slowly moving forwards, however it is simply wonderful to report that, despite lockdown, several lodges have pushed on to secure new goals.
Marlborough Lodge No. 1399, Evenlode & Norton Lodge No. 6535 and Clavis Lodge No. 8585 have all reached their SILVER level and Caversham Lodge No. 3831 is the first to reach GOLD!
Many, many congratulations to all involved, but if I may, a particular thank you to W Bro Norman Taylor, Caversham’s Charity Steward who can sip a cold cerveza on his Spanish balcony, whilst encouraging his members to go the extra mile. Once this awful lockdown is behind us, I will be visiting Norman to get a full appreciation of how he does it. . .
