There is just one item for this month’s Second Rising and it is to highlight the new Members. Pathway Training for Provincial Officers which is a self-learning guide to be found here
This is for Provincial Officers who have responsibility for promoting the Members’ Pathway, including Provincial Membership Officers, Provincial Grand Mentors as well as Provincial Grand Secretaries, Provincial Grand Almoners and Provincial Rulers with executive oversight of membership matters.
May I also suggest Visiting Officers might like to take a look as they can also support lodges and lodge mentors in this matter.
Hopefully the more Provincial Officers who take this self-learning guide the better, as the more that understand how the Pathway works, the better it will work in recruiting and retaining members in our lodges.
